Mr Roy was our technician and is the best we have ever worked with. Knew what he was doing from the start and was able to pinpoint the problem right away not just take the easiest path.

The technician explained in detail the problem. Also for one appliance a part was ordered & the tech stated that they would call when it comes in. Good customer service.

The last two technicians that came to my home to render service had great attitudes and dispositions. I would like for either Miss. Rochelle or Mr. Phillip to be dispatched in the future for repairs. The previous technicians that were sent to my home years ago were unprofessional and unable to fix appliances. As a result, I discontinued my contract with AHS. I recently returned after hearing that AHS no longer used the companies from previous years. Thank you.

Phillip was outstanding. Presented himself well, communicated with us regarding the potential issues and the repairs needed. When he ordered the parts he called to advise and scheduled the appointment. He was on time and always professional. AHS should focus on using individuals like Phillip more and use AMTEC less! Thank goodness AHS got it right this time.

The technician worked until he found the problem and then repaired it. He was very professional and friendly. One totally happy customer!!
